In June this year I will be running an exclusive family photography photowalk at Clicklive in Coventry!

This is a one off exclusive training event where you can learn to photograph families and also build your portolio!

Outdoor photography embraces ever-changing light and weather so this is why on my Clicklive Photowalk I will be covering:

1. Light

Finding flattering light is key for family photography and this is why we shoot over a number of hours so we can experiment with all types of lighting. I will share how to create stunning naturally lit portraits and family shots that require minimal editing. Our focus will be getting it right in camera!

2. Composition

Joining my Photowalk over a number of hours meanns we will have time to slow down and get the composition right in camera!

The end goal is no cropping and as little Photoshop work as possible saving you time!

3. Natural posing

See how I work with families, different aged children (and sometimes dogs!) to pose them in a way that doesn’t feel posed!

Learn my go-to setups which I use to create an extensive gallery for my clients to choose from.

The day course was a great insight to outdoor photography. As I have only ever been used to studio work I wanted to gain more knowledge on how to shoot outdoors. The training was very relaxed and in a beautiful location.
