Terms & Conditions for Training for 2025 Social Media Content Course
1. By subscribing to this 12-month plan, you agree to a non-cancellable commitment for the full duration of the subscription period. This means that once you sign up, you will be charged for the entire 12 months, regardless of whether you continue using the service, and no refunds will be issued for early termination
2. The course or materials remain the property of Nina Mace Photography and cannot be reproduced or shared without permission. If any attendees are found to be sharing materials without permission then this is a breach of contract and Nina Mace Photography may require compensation. If materials are created for another photographer by Nina Mace (for example website pages, marketing materials or advertising) these may only be used by the purchaser and must not be shared with any other parties.
3. This course is for professional photographers, but NOT those that offer training of mentoring. Nina Mace reserves the right to refuse entry onto the course.
4. Distance selling laws allow you to cancel up to seven working days from the day after you enter into the contract.

Can I join after the course has started?
Once the course has started no new members will be able to join for 12 months. This is to ensure that everyone is learning and working together at the same pace.
Can I cancel within the 12 months?
No once you sign up you are commited to the club for 12 months.
Do I need to know how to use Canva?
If you have never used Canva before thats not a problem I am here to show you how to use it as quickly and effectively as possible.
Do I need to know how to use ChatGPT?
Again I have been immersing myself in AI the last couple of months and am here to show you how to make ChatGPT work for you.
Are there any additional costs I need to consider?
I would consider having Canva Pro (£99 a year) and also you will get better, more bespoke content from AI if you have a premium plan which is £20 a month. That said you can start without either of these and upgrade if you want to use AI in the way I have been.
