Although I am predominantly a family and children’s photographer, I do photograph a small number of weddings a year. These are often people I know through my family photo sessions or people I have worked with in my days as a Marketing Manager. Kerrie asked a year ago if I would photograph her wedding at the beautiful St Michaels Manor in St Albans. It was to be an intimate wedding of around 40 guests and had a family feel to the entire day. I arrived just before lunch to take some images of Kerrie getting ready.  One of my favourite moments was when her sister came into the room and started crying because she looked so beautiful. The ceremony was just beautiful, filled with lots of love and laughter and we even managed to slip outside, in between rain showers, to take some photos in the garden. It was a wonderful day and I really enjoyed capturing it.  Here are some of my favourite images from the day.
