Family photos Hertfordshire May 2014
I had been really looking forward to meeting Vicky and her family since we first got in touch via Facebook. She had posted lots of lovely photos of her son and on the day of our family photo session he didn’t disappoint :-). We took a long walk through a local forest and stopped off at different locations to take photos. It was a gorgeous Sunny day and (for once) it was dry so we could take some sitting down shots.
I did also take a little vintage chair into the woods with us but it ended up being used more as a teething bar than a prop 🙂
Throughout the session itself I make time to take lots of individual shots, family photos, but also photos of the children with dad and with mum. This one was taken as we were walking back to the car and I just love the connection between Dad and his son. I really think these are the photos which will be treasured in years to come.
